Ticket Information 


Ticket Reservation Policy
General Admission tickets for our show are $15 per ticket and do not include a meal. Meal tickets are $20 per person and do not include the show. THEY ARE SEPARATE TICKETS. Each Meal ticket will allow 1 pass in the meal line, served by our Volunteers and must be purchased before Monday, April 10th. We may be able to accommodate a handful of Meal Tickets for walk-ins however, that is not a guarantee. We strongly suggest ordering meal tickets in advance! If you would like to dine with another party, please let us know when ordering your tickets. Tables will seat 8-10 people each.
Show only tickets and Meal tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 978-760-2577 or you can order through a cast member.
All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of ticket sales either at rehearsals, during tech week or at the door prior to show time. All tickets ordered in advance, which are being held by The ACT must be picked up in the lobby at least 30 minutes prior to dinner/ brunch or show time. Any tickets that have not been picked up will be released for sale to the general public.
Show tickets will not be available by phone after Thursday, April, 13th, 2023. but will be on sale at the door one hour prior to show time for each performance.

*We will have a small concessions table with optional drinks and snacks for purchase for both show dates.

Show Cancellation Policy

Sometimes circumstances beyond our control cause a show to be rescheduled and/or cancelled. In the event that a show is rescheduled, all tickets for that particular date and time will be valid for the new, rescheduled date and time and no refunds will be given. If a show is cancelled and is not able to be rescheduled, then those who purchased tickets through official channels are entitled to a refund. You must provide your valid tickets for the cancelled show to be eligible for a refund.

Videography and Photography Policy
Videography is strictly prohibited as our license agreement does not permit any unlicensed video recording. 

Photography is not permitted during our performances as it is a disruption to our patrons and our cast. Parents: Our photographer will be taking candid, group, and individual pictures and will send a link to the cast when the gallery is ready for viewing.
